Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeatable Value I purchased this sleeping bag at the end of the summer and have been very happy with it. It is the perfect size for me at 6'0" and 210lbs. The flannel keeps you warm and still allows your body to breath so you don't wake up sweaty or too hot in the middle of the night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Buy! I bought two. We've used them camping with the Boy Scouts and visiting family. They are oversize and lined with cozy cotton flannel. A change I'd like would be to have a less slippery shell material. For the price, these bags are outstanding!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic deal at a super price. I bought two of them a couple of weeks ago and I'm very happy with the product. They are very comfortable because of the ample room inside and the flannel lining.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bags for the $$$ Bought two for my daughters which have outgrown their kid/youth bags. For the money, these are a great adult bags that they can keep for a long time. They are very comfortable and heavy duty. They are not a super light mummy bag for hiking, packing, etc but that's not why I bought them...perfect addition to our family camping gear.

Is the Magellan 25.00 sleeping bag washable?

Asked by: Sunset lady
Hello Sunsetlady, Care instructions, for the Magellan Outdoors™ 4 lb. Flannel Lined 30°F Rectangle Sleeping Bag, are located on the sleeping bag. If you are worried about the synthetic insulation clumping after a couple of washes, we would suggest hand washing the bag in a bathtub or in a front loading washing machine with no agitator. Use cool water and mild soap and make certain to rinse several times so all of the soap is removed. An extra spin cycle may be used to remove excess water. Air drying is the safest way to dry your bag, but takes the longest. If you must tumble dry your bag, use very low heat or a no-heat setting and keep an eye on it to make sure the shell and insulation aren't overheating. (Certain types of shells can actually melt). If you add a couple of clean tennis balls when the bag is nearly dry, this will help to break up any clumps of insulation

When I ordered one of these bags several months ago,  I overlooked the California CANCER warning. How worried should I be about that?  I  use it a LOT.

Asked by: NCJean
Hello NCJean, Prop 65 is a standard precautionary warning statement for the state of CA. Prop 65 is a list of thousands of chemicals that could potentially be found in products, most specifically any products with metal, plastic, PVC, or leather. Since we cannot possibly test products to all these chemicals, the warning is added to be in compliance with Prop 65 for items available for sale to the state of CA. Please feel free to visit the below link for more information in regards to Proposition 65. http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65.html
