Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth your time or money I bought two pairs for my son and I to use in the Brooks Range last week (SEP 16). With the use of Velcro straps around the legs we were able to secure them a little better. Nonetheless, all individua waders had huge holes and rips in them very quickly after the first creek we went through. I'm talking about holes the size of a ping pong ball up to a softball. I expected a little better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value. I used a hip wader version of these waders many years ago. They lasted many years and were easy to repair with nylon tent repair tape. Gore-Tex waders are not breatheable in the water and are useful for those (salmon fishermen, et c.) who do a lot of walking between pools,in my opinion. They simply too expensive for my uses. The packable waders are comfortable, light, easy to repair, easy to replace and a great value. I hope to take them to Europe next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless We bought these to use for crossing a small river and they ripped and leaked before I was 5 feet across. I wasn't expecting them to be heavy duty waders but I did think they would hold up a little better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Value I won a pair of these in 1992 at a Ducks Unlimited dinner. I used them exclusively for early season ducks in New Hampshire until last year. I didn't realize how inexpensive these still were. I'd patched and patched patches and it finally became too much! 23 years is excellent durability fighting off beaver spikes and barbed wire.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent value I bought these to work on my dock in the spring. Work great and didn't cost much. Not for extensive use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent for backpacking I bought these waders for crossing streams while backpacking. they are lightweight and easy to pack. I did attach a strap that went from each wader around the back of my neck to help keep them up.
