Doesn't floatThe bait is too small and the weight is too big, it sinks slowly instead of floating. I tried cutting the tails down but it didn't remove enough weight to make it float.

Better than average hook up ratioBought this to test it out, and for the money they are definitely worth it and they do catch fish but the hooks are not ultra sharp but i didnt lose but 1 fish out of 4.

Hollow Body Popping Frog TerrificI was on my dock late one afternoon casting when a tremendous splash at the end of my line occurred, it was near the bull rush and I could not see what had hit my line. Imagine my surprise when I reeled in a 14 inch bull frog ! The next day I got on line and began my search for a top water hollow bodied frog to come close to the coloring of that frog ( olive drab with black spots ) that I had caught the previous day. I went to several on-line tackle providers and found nothing that came close, then I went to Academy and much to me surprise there it was exactly matching the bull frog from the afternoon before. I purchased the Bull Frog Color Hollow Body Frog in the popping design. I can't tell you how many large bass, and a few whoppers, I have caught on the bait, one of the lowest cost lures in me vast collection, just $3.00, what a buy !

Not as good as I expectedProduct did not work as well as I expected. The lure is supposed to float but, after about 20 minutes the lure fills with water and sinks. You have to continue to squeeze out the water so the lure will float.

H20 Xpress Poppin' FrogThis popping frog is the perfect size for the fish in my local lake. I found the larger Spro popping frog to be a bit too big and the smaller one a bit too small. This H20 Xpress popping frog is just the right size. It makes a nice popping sound and throws a lot of water. I would say that I almost had a 1:1 hook up ratio with this frog during testing. The hooks could be better but are adequate. The main problem I had with this frog was that it tended to puncture itself during hook sets. After a few punctures this frog just didn't float anymore. I figured it was time to retire it when it sank as soon as it hit the water. I was able to get about 15 fish on one frog before it bit the dust. In the end I would say that it's a good frog and a great value at $3.99.
