Great featuresI bought this unit and the HD Vision card online about 3 weeks ago. Very easy installation end especially like the quick release cradle. Haven't read the manual yet but already feel comfortable with the unit just from playing around with it (easy to navigate).
Right out of the box I experienced my first problem. My unit would not power up. I took it to a local Academy and plugged it into a display cradle and it powered up. I then called Garmin and they immediately offered to send me a new cradle.
I also experienced problems with The HD Vision card. I called Garmin and found out that the software loaded on my unit was already outdated. I simply purchased a micro SD card from a local Walmart went online to copy the most recent update.
We all understand that nothing in the electronics world is going to be perfect. However I would say that the Garmin customer service group is as close to perfect as you can get. If you're concerned about good customer service then you should consider buying a garment product.
