how long are the arrows? don't the arrows need to be the proper length for each persons draw lenght

Most folks do cut there arrows to there draw length to inch and a half over. Those with rest like the QAD HDX or Hunter can shot a slightly shorter arrow than there draw length,do to the design of those rests. But it is recommended that the arrow be no shorter than the end of the riser shelf at full draw
