Your lats, traps, biceps and abs will get a workout with the Body-Solid Lat Row Attachment, which features strong, nylon-coated cables for safe, strong back, shoulder and arm workouts as well as high and low pulleys, a lat bar and a low row bar for additional leg and abs exercises. Attaches to a weight bench to let you perform lat pull-downs, ab crunches, thigh adductions, rowing and bicep, tricep and deltoid exercises. Compatible with models GDIB46L and GFID71 only.
