    Nice little bench
I bought this bench a couple of weeks ago and I have probably already used it more times and for more things than people use their entire gym membership. I use it for abs, lower back, legs, and roman chair situps. I don't use the actual bar on the bench, i use dumbbells, but I use the bar for squats, lunges, curls, and military press.

    Great starter, for sure.
Just picked mine up today. For $79, you really can't beat the price - an adjustable bench AND 100lbs of weights. I have researched for the best deal and this it. Stop looking, you won't find a better deal. Definitely a great starter.

    250lb weight capacity!!
I found out this has a 250lb max load. which means if you're a 200lb guy then the most you can bench is a 20kg Olympic barbell (45lb) with NO PLATES. This thing is intended for people that have a weight of 100lb and can only bench 150lb max. It looks as though the part that has questionable build quality is the thin metal bands that screw the base to the padded top.

    Easy Assembly, great product
I bought this a few weeks ago. I'm really pleased with it. It's comfortable and was very easy to put together. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to build their home gym.

    Simple and effective (with drawbacks)
I can only comment on the bench, since I did not need the rack. The bench is adequate for home use; and I am happy to have a piece of equipment to supplement quadriceps and hamstrings. When I compared the bench against other benches at the store, this was the most comfortable. Unfortunately, it has drawbacks: I have to put weights on the back legs to prevent the bench from falling forward when loaded with more than 2x45 lbs, which is a relatively low weight for leg extension. The articulation ... read more for the leg attachment has more room than desirable, and it wiggles more than expected.   Definitely the bench could use a design improvement; perhaps the designers should use it to actually understand the shortcomings. I just complain about it because the solution to these problems is inexpensive. It only takes brains at design time.

    Great for At-Home Gym
I bought this about a month ago to complete my home gym. It serves it purpose as I was mostly interested in squats. The bench can't hold much weight without tipping over. I put two 25lb weights for leg extensions and it tilted over. I had to be seated before I added the second weight. Other than that, it's a great set.

    awesome piece of workout equipment
Bought this sit up bench a few weeks ago and i can say it's the best $55 i have ever spent. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy.

    Not stable
This bench is only good for sitting on it while lifting weights. It's not stable enough to use the bench for any other workout moves. It rocks too much. This product needs better stability.

    Nice Bench
I bought it for my workout and it works and does just as it's suppose to. It's light weight but sturdy just what I was looking for. Really good buy for the price.

    Good for kids!
This was the perfect bench for my 14 year old. He is just getting into lifting and the weights were light and easy for him to workout on his own. The assembly did take hours, though. I wouldn't buy this for an adult.

    Makes the grade
I bought this bench because it is one of the few that holds over 300 lbs safely. To lift heavy weights you have to go to a gym unless there is a bench that can hold heavy weight. It took me a while to find one that could do what I needed without breaking the bank. This bench is easy to assemble and is what I use for my personal workouts along with my 14 year old son.

    Don't buy this product
Bought this, and went through the horrible process of putting it together. The major problem I discovered with this bench is that the rack is incredibly narrow ; it's right where your hands need to be! This makes using it dangerous and hard. GET A DIFFERENT ONE
