I bought this a month ago and the reticle on the optic was canted. I called up Burris and they sent it back to me no questions asked. The warranty is great. The optic is clear and very well made. The only problem I have is that it's a little heavy but that's not a big problem.
I just received a few day ago laser sighted very easy. Quality construction
I have this scope mounted on a Remington 700 300 win mag. This rifle is used for whitetail deer, mule deer and hog hunting. The scope is very clear and has great eye relief while still being simple enough for an average hunter to use in the field and on the range. The quality in the vortex product lines is never questioned and their customer service is second to none. This was my first vortex optic and since I have upgraded all my rifle scopes to Vortex along with my binoculars. I have also been ... able to convert two of my hunting buddies to Vortex and they are pleased with their optics as well.
Have always used and realy liked Leupold scopes, bought this to put on my 7mm STW and couldn't be more impressed with the clarity and appearance of this scope. Used it during deer season and early coyote season then put the rifle up and got my 223 out with a Leupold on it to finish the season, couldn't believe the difference in clarity and quality between the 2, vortex is by far a better scope in my opinion and I will definitely continue to purchase Vortex optics.
I have had my new magazines for a couple of weeks now. They have worked flawlessly when loading ammo into the magazine, loading the magazine into the weapon or removing the magazine from the weapon. Feeds every round without failure. The window feature is awesome.
Bought two of these at my local academy store. I love that you can see how many rounds are left in the mag. I will def. buy more, maybe i'll hint to the wife for a Christmas gift.
Received the stock, within 5 minutes had it installed and immediately liked the rifle more. Sturdy, solid no rattle upgrade.
Its really worth it, really smooth and have all the features you need
I AM USING THIS FOR PAPER PUNCHING AT MY LOCAL OUTDOOR RANGE ! PROS= VERY CLEAR OPTICS ONLY HAVE A 200 YRD MAX SHOT SO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE BDC , YET
The scope has a lot better clarity than I expected. I struggle with eye relief issues and this scope seemed to fit my eye as soon as the gun was shouldered. I'll be purchasing additional Nikon scopes in the future.
I bought this Nikon Monarch 3 to replace a Leopold scope on a LS Rem. 270 for Big Game hunting with the use of BDC Spot On reticle. I can tell you that this combination is now set perfect, the first buck deer was 462 yds. a one shot kill and later in the season filled my doe tag at 200 yds. with a one shot kill. I will definitely recommend Nikon scopes to anybody that asks about them. I also own another 4 Nikon scopes for different rifles and pistols all with the same performance.
Having been through many different rifles with as many different scopes, I finally found the one scope that does it all for me. The Nikon Monarch3 4-16X42mm BDC. I've had Tasco's, Weaver's, Alpen's, and Bushnell's on other rifles, and not one of those scopes were as clear, as stable, or as easy to adjust as the Monarch, and none of them had the BDC reticule. I have it mounted to a T/C Venture in .308Win, and use it mainly for boar hunting, this scope does everything I need it too, and then some....
These shooting muffs are great! They protect my hearing while allowing me to hear things from my deer stand that I haven't heard in years. I can hear the acorns fall and deer walking!!! Nice!
With these Electronic earmuffs I can hear a normal conversation with out the load bang of the shooter next to me
I purchased the rifle a month ago. It is to replace my 35 year old original, which is in need of a rebuild. The quality, fit , finish, and materials is excellent. I didn't care much for the plastic trigger guard but it serves it's purpose. The rest of the rifle is true to the original and shoots just as well. The price was pretty stout compared to the newer rifles on the market but it is built of real steel, brass, and wood. There is a bare minimum of plastic that seems to be prevalent in the ... newer rifles. I hope that this one lasts as long as it's predecessor.
Had one of these as a kid 50 years ago. Still quality made. Great for training my grandson. Worked perfect out of the box. Perfect choice.
About a month old and couldnt b any happier with my purchase
They are really accurate and make shooting my gun fun again
Placed Order Feb. 16th, 2016. I like to compare with what I KNOW or have USED, so I really hope I am not doing wrong by mentioning other pistols I either own or have owned. Since receiving this pistol, it has FAST become my favorite... well, NOTHING beats my "Duke Colt S.A.A.", which is so much like the REAL DEAL one I was given by my grandad, who got it from his daddy, a Texas Ranger... NO LIE!... but still, I truly LOVE this sweet Crosman CO2 (my FIRST Crosman pistol using CO2, all the rest ... pump-up types!). If comparing to ANY of my other pellet pistols, this one, HANDS DOWN, beats the rest of them for putting lead down range, where I AIM it to go. WONDERFUL GROUPING TIME!!! If I decided, as an 'Oldster' of 65, to get into competitive air gun pistol shooting, I am ABSOLUTELY sure I could do well enough to at least PLACE once I got into the swing of things. No lie, folks, using the iron sights at 10 meters, using just the one hand, I CAN (read not usually... LOL!) get quarter-sized 5-shot groups, ESPECIALLY if I first go through my pellets and dis-guard any pellets with tiny nicks or ANY sort of baddie I can see. It is always AMAZING to me how many can be damaged, or have that seam on the side. In reality, most times I DO get groups smaller than a half-dollar. I have had others come over to tell me things like, "Hey, Michel_ you need to start shooting competitively! And use THAT pistol. CAN I SHOOT IT?" hee hee. I can't remember the name of the rear sight included, but it is the same one you can be upgraded to when/if you purchase say the Crosman 1377 or 1322 power pumps and decide to upgrade to the steel breech. I have and shoot both. The rear sight they usually will include is that same one, which is WAY better than that steel plate one with the notch on one end, and you can turn it 180-degrees for the peep hole. Oh, and it has NO windage adjustment. Yea, this 2300-T is really nice regarding sighting it in. By-the-way, while I am not clear WHAT the 'T' means, I DO know that there is another version which is pretty much exactly the same, BUT that one has a power adjustment; I THINK a screw. It is the 2300-P, and I ASSUME the 'P' is for POWER ADJUST or such. Knowing me like I do, and having had a nice CO2 pistol WAY back in the '70s with a screw for adjusting power, I was ALWAYS using the highest setting, getting MAYBE 35-40 good shots, and then NEW CO2 TIME!!! On the lowest, I could get between 120-135, depending on the temp. But NOOOOO ... I HAD to use the highest setting. Also, I pretty much am always going to be shooting pistols 10-maters or less, so I really have no NEED for power adjustments. OH! And the 'P' version cost a LOT MORE than the under $170 for the 'T' version. And how many shots does the 'T' give me? Well, I am getting around 150+ shots on a single CO2; sometimes maybe around 140 if temp. set to around 65-68, but I have truly gotten 203 once and later 201 (temp. around 78!), but mostly, I get at LEAST 150-180 Gee, ya' think I LIKE my new Crosman? - DUH! I am SO HAPPY with this little puppy, and it is SO QUIET. The pellets, usually wad-cutters used, make a sound LOUDER than the pistol firing... I'M NOT LYING! I have no doubts at all that I will be able to use this with a baby sleeping in the room next door. Oh, wow, before I forget, the TRIGGER. The trigger has almost NO creep at all, and the travel is SO small that you come to the back almost right away, and then, just like breaking glass... SNAP. I would have to say that the trigger maybe MOST of the reasons for my groupings. I think buying this pistol from our buddies at Academy was one of my finer moments. I bought the Crosman 2300-T just for the fact that I had no other 'CO2 Crosman Pellet Pistol'. Man, I am now SO GLAD I did. And best of all, I KNOW that if there are ANY issues, the good folks at 'Academy' will be there to help me out. Final note: YES! Yes, I would most definitely recommend this gun to a friend, a family member, ANY person who I wanted to end-up really liking Michel J. Gaudet. After all, you can NEVER have too many friends, like the ones at 'ACADEMY'! Thanks for reading. Now, go BUY a 2300-T from 'Academy'.
Recently purchased this original equipment magazine for my XDM. This is the way all magazines should be made in my opinion. Outstanding quality. What else can I say?
This magazine fits perfect for my XD(m) 9mm compact. Shipping is fast and easy.
I bought this holster about a month ago. It was a little stiff at first because it is leather. After a couple days breaking it in, my pistol slides in and out just fine with just a little tension. The angle in which it mounts on my belt makes drawing easy and effective. The way the holster holds the pistol high over the belt makes it easy to use for conceal and carry under an untucked shirt.
I have used the Venom daily for concealed carry for quite a while and it is just great. There's been no give in the leather and the finish has held up well even in Southern heat and sweat. The open muzzle is a plus as I can use it for both my Glock 22 and 23. well worth the money.
The store was out of them so I ordered online, no problem in doing it. Received them in just a few days, have used with no problems.
Fantastic price on OE S&W magazine!! Exactly as advertised.
The Magpul STR Commercial Carbine Stock is the real deal. It's a excellent add on for any tactical rifle. It's a combination of making your gun like cooler & shoot better. The device reduces recoil and helps the shooter better fit the gun to its shooter. It's perfect for any tactical rifle rebuild . I recommend this product with the highest regards!
Great price and very clear. We have several bushnell shops and they seem to be a good value for the money.
I bought this scope for my Henry Big Boy steel. I wanted an inexpensive straight 4X scope for 100 yards or less shots. The scope is clear, looks good on my rifle and took about 6 shots to site-in. I think it will be a good complement to any brush gun...
helps put my hand in the proper spot 100% of the time.
Fantastic soft case for your long shotgun. Nice quality canvas and leather. Nice price and lasts÷
