This is my first game camera. I have used a different brand at a friend's ranch and this one is a breeze to program the date and time in comparison. When I first tried testing it it was very slow to trigger. I found out its very important to format the sd card while it's in the camera. That fixed that problem. All seems good now. I will update after testing in the field. So far value vs price seems good.
Works great, takes good photos, and good battery life.
Options for different settings are good. Pics are very good. Easy to set up, works great.
What an Amazing game cam. Picture quality is great and the quick set feature is awesome and easy to use. I am also impressed with the battery life. This is the best game cam I have used by far and I am hoping to add a few more very soon.
Camera takes good night and day pictures, not blurry at all. For the price it's a great camera. When setting up came it will count down from 30 sec to 0 sec and then go off, don't get mad and think it's not working right, cause when something triggers it it will take the picture.
I bought the P12 about a month ago easy to set up and takes up to 6 picture bursts. Takes great pictures. I usually set it at quick set 1. It also has great battery life, I have the same battery's in it and it is still showing full charge,
I bought one year ago and takes great pictures night or day and is great for Home Security as well as would be for hunters, i like the low level flash and truely great photos it takes .Everyone shoud have one for front and rear of home ,great to have whe going on vacation or any trips ,it's not like used to be someone be in and out of house with your valueables before neighbors see or most don't want to get involved so couple of these might save you alot of your possessions and cath Thiefs ... also,I think they well worth money ,so I'm getting more for other areas.
Been using for six months and works great. Still on original batteries. No complaints.
It works fine but there is no 12v external battery connector as stated. Also requires 8 AA not 6 as stated. The paste and copy was without fact checking.
Put this up to see what was swiping corn from pigs. Only a raccoon and a small doe. Great pics on both at night. Well worth. The money.
I have had this unit, coupled with a M888i in the woods for a little over a month. I put it in a spot with spotty cellular signal and it has performed flawlessly. I love the fact that I don't have to put my scent in the woods to view the camera. I have a good 6 year old buck somewhat patterned and, when the time/wind is right, I will be in that spot hoping for a shot. I will be purchasing at least two more within 6 months. My only complaint is the app. I sometimes don't get notifications ... even though the pictures have been uploaded to the server. I wish they would simply text directly to your phone instead of having to go to the app to see pics. The positives far outweigh the negatives in my limited experience.
I bought this to try and catch hogs in action at night and it is working great. The immediate send feature is awesome. I was getting notification within a couple of minutes of the camera taking pictures. The pairing and set up took a little bit more time than I planned on but this is new technology so... The customer service folks were very nice and patient. They helped me work through the issues I was having. I am giving this 5 stars because I can be sitting at camp or asleep and get a ... notification that puts me in the right place at the right time to get hogs or deer. This product is well worth the time it takes to get set up.
I bought this trail camera about three months ago. I really love the easy program and detachable battery case. I have been enjoying the many pic's that all four cameras had taken.
I bought this in August 2012 and another in 2013. The 2012 version just died in August 2016. The 2013 model is still working. 7 combined years of saving on batteries for my 2 Moultrie Panoramic Camera. It's important to note that you MUST have 7-8 hours of sunlight. Don't expect this to work in partial/limited sunlight. I had to replace the C batteries only once a year usually after the cold of winter not every 6 weeks. My solar panels ran 24/7. not just deer hunting season.
We have been using these for about 4 years now. they work great and are very durable. we have 8 of them. one on every camera. they have paid for themselves several times in the batteries we save. have had 2 stop giving a digital readout but they continued to charge and Moultrie fixed them and all we had to pay was shipping. the only downfall is that it is sometimes hard to get good sunlight in the thick areas with a lot of overhead foliage, but the long cord lets you move the panel around ... to find sunlight.
I bought it a month ago and I'm still very impressed.
it worked from day one. only objection, the field of the picture is not very wide. Otherwise no problem.
Got it almost the next day. It works great. -------
I have two of these that I use in my game camera. Some game camera will not work properly with Hi-Def SD cards and I have never had a problem with these.
I bought 2 of this cards 3 months ago. Easy to down load pictures on to laptop.
I bought these online and they arrived within 2 days. I put one up by a feeder and the other at another location and WOW. I didn't realize I had that many animals at night by my place. Very pleased and great quality pictures!
Getting some great pictures from this camera! Day or night, doesn't matter. They're crystal clear and the date and time stamp are a great help to figure out the schedule of the herd.
I bought this camera last month & I'm already getting great pics. I bought my first Cuddeback 6 years ago and I was so pleased I upgraded to the Silver Series. The quick trigger speed & long batter life are great.
Once you get your settings dialed in you're good to go.Easy setup and takes great pictures day and night. You will never go wrong with a cuddeback!
I bought my Cuddeback C2 Trail Camera a month ago. The pictures are sharp and clear. And that is on the 5M setting. I haven't even used the 20 Megapixel setting yet. Of about 75 pics taken during a 2-week period, only about 4 had no animal in the frame, but those were of deer moving out of the frame after already being captured 2 or 3 times. The trigger speed is exactly what I was looking for. The delay, burst and other features of this camera make it even better. It makes my cheaper camera almost worthless.
We have tried many and finally decided to spend a little more and so glad we got this Cuddeback, great quality pictures and easy setup! Academy has the best prices around!
This viewer will read any card for a game camera and it is very easy to use .. I love it you can take it anywhere with u and it's not big or bulky so u can definitely stick it in your hunting bag for safe keep ..
I had bought one for my husband for Christmas and my grand son saw it and had to have one for himself so his birthday was in January so i surprised him with one.
I have had this camera for about 1 month now and it works great. The small size makes for it to be easily concealed.
I got one of these as a gift and must say I am really impressed. Easy to use long battery life and excellent pictures . Can't ask for much more.
the first camera i bought didnt work but i returned it to academy no problem . got the second camera and it seems ok .pic quality is good daytime and fair at night.Very little blur at night. Good strong flash at night. This camera will send a pic even on 1 signal bar. The signal varies at my location from 1 to 3 bars. This cam needs to closer to subject area than other brands it does not seem to have that zoom that other cams have built in .
