    Nice little bench
I bought this bench a couple of weeks ago and I have probably already used it more times and for more things than people use their entire gym membership. I use it for abs, lower back, legs, and roman chair situps. I don't use the actual bar on the bench, i use dumbbells, but I use the bar for squats, lunges, curls, and military press.

    Great starter, for sure.
Just picked mine up today. For $79, you really can't beat the price - an adjustable bench AND 100lbs of weights. I have researched for the best deal and this it. Stop looking, you won't find a better deal. Definitely a great starter.

    Decent bench.
This bench is great for the price, very sturdy, the rack does wobble some when re-racking the weight. When switching to decline I cannot reach the barbell even with the rack lowered completely. Also, the bench does not sit at a 90 degree angle. So you do miss some exercises with this bench...

Great Bench for beginners. Would highly recommend
I bought this a couple of months ago for my 14 yr old nephew and myself. He wanted to start lifting for sports. I don't lift consistently but wanted to start toning my body. This bench is very good. I searched for other benches and this bench was priced very well. We can do a wide range of lifts with this bench. It took less then an hour to put the bench together. I docked one star, because one bases is off centered. Nothing real major and it doesnt affect our workouts. It just looks funny. Also ... read more if you have weights in the front for the leg lifts and put pressure on the front, maybe to help get up, the back part of the bench will lift up. So you have to be careful not to push too hard on it. Bench needs to be weighted more in the back to balance it out. Other then that I am very pleased with this bench. I would highly recommend this bench for beginners.

    Not Bad
This bench is not bad for the price. The leg developer works good and is pretty smooth and stable. The only negative thing I'd say about it is the seat is a little unstable because of the sleeve it slides on is a bit too big and it wobbles slightly. One other thing is the squat rack is a bit too low for me, I'm 6'2" and its kind of tight getting under it. Overall its a pretty good bench for the midrange lifter.

    great deal for the $$$
This is just what I needed. It is a little wobbly due to small foot at front of bench but every thing else about this bench is great. I am 6' 2'' and it is plenty big enough. I would recommend this bench to a friend.

    Well constructed bench.
I love the looks of it but it also performs well. I work out with 200-245lbs and the bench meets my needs perfectly.

    Makes the grade
I bought this bench because it is one of the few that holds over 300 lbs safely. To lift heavy weights you have to go to a gym unless there is a bench that can hold heavy weight. It took me a while to find one that could do what I needed without breaking the bank. This bench is easy to assemble and is what I use for my personal workouts along with my 14 year old son.
