    Easy set-up
I received this yesterday, put it together in less than 30 minutes and completed the first 30 minute workout. I am 6' tall and 250 lbs. This product allowed full leg extension while rowing and seemed very sturdy during each pull. After serving 20 years in the Marine Corps (Infantry) I was seeking a low impact cardio alternative to running. After one 30 minute session I can honestly say this rowing machine provides a full body workout without the soreness of my joints. HAPPY ROWING!

    Great for basic home use
I purchased this rower to use in addition to my morning workout. It's great for the amateur rower for home use. Operation is smooth and easy to use. The only downfall is the seat. Although it's padded, it needs to be a thicker pad. I have added a folded towel on top of the seat to add extra comfort. There are seat pads that can be purchased but don't fit the shape of the seat.

    Gives a good workout
Bought ours about 2 weeks ago.  My husband wanted an elliptical and I wanted a bike so thought this was pretty great.  The first we ordered online and it had a crack so took that back and the next one also had a small crack.  It still works fine.  Academy did give us 15 percent back when I filled out a different review, which was nice because I never asked for money back or anything.  I love that the machine isn't too bulky and you can go back and forth between elliptical and bike easily.  I ... read more would definitely buy again.

    Love this bike combo!
Easy assembly. No plug in needed! Easy on the joints. This is an all around decent equipment for the home. I'm 5'6 & under 150 lbs. My oldest son is 6'2. His height is a little more challenging for this size if equipment, but I would say if your under 6' would be good! More stable if not on carpet. Can't beat it for the price!!

    Solid performing rower
The construction is very good and feels very stable and solid after several rowing sessions. The rowing action, resistance, grips, and footholds are all comfortable. It is an "Air" resistance rower so there is the noise of the fan but otherwise a quiet machine with no squeaking or creaking from parts rubbing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the display could be better. It is a little dark which makes it difficult to see in a room that is not brightly lit. Overall a very rower and a good value.

    It Actually Works!
I have a small gym in my basement and I can honestly say this is by far the best piece of equipment I have owned. It works my entire body and is 'easy' to use. I actually 'enjoy' working out with this rower. As stated in other reviews, it would be nice if you could increase the tension on the pull, but don't think you don't get a good workout without an adjustable tension. When I first started, it kicked my butt within 3 minutes, now I can easily go 10 minutes without stopping. Within around 4 ... read more weeks, I could tell my legs and arms were getting toned. I can't say enough about this rower except I wish I had purchased it years ago!

    Very Convenient
I moved from a house to an apartment and I own a Concept2 rowing machine. The apartment is carpeted and I needed a mat that I could fold out of the way when the rowing machine is folded up out of the way. This folding mat meets that criteria. It's much easier to put away than a mat that you have to roll up. It is well made and works well on carpet. I strongly recommend this as an equipment mat.

    Works ok
The machine works good but doesn't have enough leg tension to get a really good workout.

    Nice Quality
Bought this to help rehabilitate my knees, it is smooth & easy to use & store. Display is a little complicated & I don't really use it. My wife tried it & really likes it.

    heavy duty, sturdy
I bought this a month ago, and absolutely love it! It is very high quality, well made. The seat is large and ultra padded, and formed to fit! It rolls so smoothly on the trac, and the padded grips on the handles are very comfortable. It is a shock-system for the tension, which is very quiet and the tension stays consistent, and easy to dial up or down. The meter tells calories, time, distance, number of strokes...easy to program and read. When assembling the Rower, be very sure to set the bolts out, ... read more categorize, since they look similar.I am a very happy customer.I am 6 ft tall and 220 lbs, and fit fine.

    Eliptical has issues
Bought this onsale at Academy. The eliptical part has an issue. The trainer is too harrow. If you are standing up and trying to use it, it wobbles from side to side. Also, the foot peddles are too close to the front and not adjustable. The "bike" portion works pretty good but here's what I had to do. 1st, I added a plywood base that widens the base and fixes the problem with center of gravity. No more wobble. 2nd. I had to buy a larger seat from 3rd party as the existing hurts you after a while. ... read more Not sure I'd recommend.

    Nice
I love this 2 in 1 trainer. Its great. I can sit and ride bicycle them I can stand right up and really work my legs. I love love love it. I have been on it everyday since I received it in the mail a few weeks ago ;o and it doesn't wobble at all like people are complaining about. You all must not be putting it together right.

So far (2 weeks) so Good
Initial opinion is positive. I was worried about moving 250+ pounds of equipment down to the basement--came in manageable pieces (none over 70 lbs.). With the help of my wife, got everything downstairs. Was worried about putting it together--no problem, easy directions. Had bad squeak when first started using it, but--no problem. When I discovered where the mysterious last screw went, the squeak went away. I'm sure the $2000 machines have more features, buy I'm satisfied. I'm 65. In 30 minutes I ... read more sweat through my shirt and get my heart rate over 120. That's all I wanted. Hope it lasts!

    Worthy.
Considering being a female and not working with this item before, it was not difficult to assemble! All the tools are included. This machine is not noisy. I have it set up on carpet and it is stable. When you stepping and holding the two bottom hand rests the other two long handles go back and forth and you feel it is going to hit you, but it won't. I bought his elliptical last month, so far no issues.

    BCG Minibike
I ride a bicycle every day for exercise. I'm also an avid golfer. Due to an injury I had to curtail my activities considerably. I ordered this little minibike in order to keep my legs in shape, and also my endurance. It has been absolutely great! I can move this bike around wherever I want it. It doesn't take up a lot of space like a big exercycle, and it kept me active and in shape while recovering from injury. A great piece of equipment for older people too!

    LOVE IT!
I need to have knee replacement surgery but am working on getting healthier and fit. I bought this cycle and use it every morning. It sits on my table and works great. I did place your standard drawer liner material underneath the machine and it does not move at all after doing so. I have put over 500 miles on my machine, traveled with it, and use it 30 minutes every single morning. It has served a great purpose until I can have knee surgery in the future.

    Extra Comfortable Cushioning
I bought this mat to use for a beginners yoga class. I love the extra cushioning that it has over a regular yoga mat. I bought one for my sister too. We love our class and our mats!

    Great Mat!
I have purchased this mat well over 3 years ago and it has held up great! It has some nicks in it but it still works great and is oh so squishy! (Which is great if your on concrete and rocks!) All in all, it has been a great purchase!

    does the job
Bought a month ago and satisfied for the most part. I give this product a 4 star review because the price is pretty high compared to the thickness and cushioning you are getting out of it.

    Totally awesome for the price
I use this mat all the time for stretching and core workouts and it works just fine and shows no signs of wearing out. Nicer yoga mats are more comfortable, but there's nothing wrong with this one.

Good mat, but thought it would be more purple
Solid yoga mat. I am 5'6" and use it for yoga and stretching. No complaints except that it was very pink when I excepted a more purple color, but color doesn't matter in the end. If I ever need another mat, I will buy it from here!

Nice compliment to our weight room floor
We have two "gym" rooms and wanted a more "bouncy" floor for cardio, the other room has a very nice professionally installed gym floor but it is too hard for cardio. This product, once we located enough, is very nice for the "cardio room" has a great feel and just the right bounce to it.

    Good for what it is
For a $20 purchase, I'm happy. It's under my desk at work. I can pedal while I'm reading emails. It's awkward but doable and helps with the lethargy that an "8 hours at my desk on the computer" day can bring. With the configuration of my chair and desk, it doesn't work while typing, but at least I am getting an extra few minutes of motion every hour. A little squeaky. Get some oil when you pick this up.

    OK for what it is...
Bought this today to use under my desk at work. The build quality is in-line with what you should expect for the price. I was able to assemble it easily with the tools and instructions. Everything functioned properly with no squeaks or rattles. Unfortunately I could not find a position where I did not hit my knees on the desk. For reference I am 5'7" and have 27.5" of clearance under my desk.

    Overall amazing product!
Obsessed with this rower! I've been looking for a rower for a while now and decided on this one. I'm so happy I did! I was needing something to replace running as a good cardio workout, but something that is easier on my joints. This rower is perfect for just that. It challenges my endurance as well as my strength with several different programs to choose from. I keep it in my bedroom for early morning rows while my daughter is still asleep and not only is it quiet enough to not disturb her, ... read more but it also conveniently folds up to save space when it's not in use. I would highly recommend this specific rower for anyone in the market for one!!

    Air/Magnetic is KING!
After being in the market for a rower for 6 months and being torn between getting the After 6 months of being the market in the market for a rower and being torn between the Concept 2 model D or Lifecore's R100 rower, I decided to take a chance on the Stamina DT Pro. My hope was that this product could offer the R100's cutting edge air/magnetic row resistance technology but at the lower cost of the the Concept 2 (C2). Additionally, I liked that Stamina was also throwing in the chest strap heart ... read more rate monitor with this package at no added cost. This rower took a little over an hour for me to put together. I did it by myself but knowing what I do now, I would definitely recommend you have a second person on hand to help assemble this. Doing it solo, at one point I had no choice but to stand the rower somewhat on it's head (the plastic fan casing). The case now shows stress mark from this, but doesn't effect it's performance. First off, I will tell you there are 12 programs you can use, NOT 12 resistance levels as I had originally thought. There are 8 resistance levels. I am happy with these levels though. L1 is comparable to L1 on the Concept 2, but at L8 the resistance is much higher than L10 of the C2. Level 3 or 4 seems comparable to L5 on the C2. Just as with the R100, with the DT Pro, your times will be slower than what you recorded on the C2 (unless of course you're on something you weren't before). The reason for this I believe as that the C2 gives credit for "coast". With the Air/magnetic types it's as if your paddling into a current, so basically if your oars aren't doing work in the water you aren't making forward progress. It saddened me at first a little that I most likely won't be smashing any of my PR's set with the C2, but I'm already over it. This is more honest work. Distances are measured with the DT Pro in miles. I'm used to meters, but after 3 workouts I've made the mental transition. *note; I can see in the display screen that there is a "Km" above the "miles" but there is no way I can find to switch it to Km's. Does Stamina sell the Km version to those outside the U.S.? The stroke of the DT Pro is wicked smooth. This was what I signed up for! It is also much quieter than the the C2. The saddle slide is also very smooth. However, the edges of the seat are highly contoured. I am 6'0 200 lbs and my fanny fits within the contoured sides just fine. I could see fitting in this seat being a problem though, particularly if your pushing the 300 lb weight capacity of this rower. The other important thing I noticed about the seat/slide is that while, yes, it is smooth, if your weight is properly distributed over the beam, if you lean your weight out to the left or right, however, there is very noticeable "sway" of the seat that could throw you off balance. I don't know if this was intentional in the design to make it a more realistic rowing experience. I'm also not sure how much stress from the sway the seat can take before it will breaks. The foot-straps are my biggest hang up with the DT Pro. They are 2 Velcro strips that don't appear to be reinforced in any way. With the amount of force my feet snap back into these straps especially when doing short/vigorous sprints, I honestly can't see these things being long for this world. This rower is easy enough to move around on it rollers. Storing it away in it's upright position is slightly awkward though. This is because there is a knob that needs to be fully unscrewed an removed to allow the beam to pivot into vertical position and then screwed back in get in the horizontal/ready for use position. Not sure why they couldn't have used some kind of quick release pin. Ohhh, one other really important note: Don't forget to unplug from the power source before moving the rower. I've already make this mistake twice. Luckily I didn't damage anything. Yes, you have to plug the rower in to use the monitor and activate the resistance settings. Overall, I would say I got what I wanted and for a good price. Time will tell though. I plan to be pretty rough on this rower. I will update this review in few months to note how its holding up.

Rowing machines are the most intensive pieces of fitness equipment available, giving you a full-body workout rather than focusing solely on refining your upper body.

Steppers and Treadmills

Steppers and treadmills are perfect for fitness enthusiasts that want to make the most of their home gym equipment. Treadmills are workout equipment classics, allowing you to walk, jog and run for miles, all from the convenience of your home. Certain treadmills among our collection can read your pulse and chart your entire exercise regimen while you're on it, so it's easy to monitor your fitness progress or stay within your desired heart rate range. Steppers provide the same mileage as treadmills but with the addition of varying degrees of incline and resistance. The steeper you set your stepper, the more calories you burn as a result.
