    Great Purchase!
This is a great exercise bike for the money. I couldn't justify paying twice the money for a larger bike. This unit requires little floor space and yet it is extremely stable while excercising. Don't let it's size fool you because it provides a full work out. The computer records information that I like to chart (distance, time and calories). This way you can compete with yourself on the next ride.

    Big Man rides again!
I am 6 foot tall and weigh about 300 pounds! This bike is perfect and sturdy. Good starter resistance for me as well. It was easy to assemble and it only took about a hour to do so. The seat is a little hard on me but I think that has more to do with my weight. Plus Acadamy sells a bike cushion in their bike section! It is a great bike for upper and lower body workout! Highly recomend it!

    great bike, except...
I love this bike, its solid, small and convenient fold up feature so I can put it in my closet. Everything I hoped it would be, except....the seat is too uncomfortable. I want to replace the seat but not sure where to start looking for that. I fold up a baby blanket but I wished I really didn't have to. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars..

    Very quiet and stable
Was somewhat unsure about stability due to the size of the unit, but it's very stable and putting it together was very simple. The instructions were very straightforward and parts were solid. This was a gift for my girlfriend who wanted one for a while now, and when she uses it I can't hear it. It's incredibly quiet which is great when I'm trying to work on something at the same time. She's pretty short and the seat doesn't quite go down to a short enough level, but she likes everything else ... read more about it that she didn't want to swap it out.

This bike would be fantastic if it wouldn't click the entire time you're exercising. Very noisy.

    Just assembled - new arriva
I'd read many reviews with comments about assembly difficulties, but I could the instructions to be correct, and assembly straight forward. However, I must say that the "flywheel" component DID require assistance to align with the screws. Several components are awkwardly shaped, and alignment with screw holes took a little push and shove. All and all, it took about 2 hours, and appears to perform 'as advertised'. No squeaks, or rock and roll on our carpeted floors. Now .... to a start exercising.

Excellent Fitness Tool for a great price
I did a lot of research to figure the best available elliptical for what I could afford. I weigh 260 lbs and wanted something solid.  I purchased the Schwinn 430 Elliptical from Academy because the great value.  It was easy to assemble, however a small piece of the molded shroud was cracked.  I called Academy CS and they forwarded me to the manufacturer, which happened to be Nautilus, which also makes Bowflex. After a quick call with a great customer service, they sent me the replacement without ... read more any trouble.  Definitely pleased with Academy and the purchase.

    Marvy 714 Upright Exercise Bicycle
This little machine is great and doesn't look very tough until you try it. It had a wide selection of speeds and is very easy to use. Putting this together is a two man job because of the tension cable, and a additional gel seat cover is HIGHLY recommended.

    Ergonomically challenged.
This is a great product if you are 6 feet tall. Well made and sturdy, easy to use and control. Unfortunately, the height of the desk is not adjustable and is simply too high for you average height person (look at the lady in the ad photo, does she look comfortable?) To make a long story short, I had to take about 6" out of the support arms so my wife could use it. 5 stars if the two primary support legs adjusted to varying heights, as is it will be unusable as a desktop to most.

    Mechanically well made.
I needed a replacement for an old magnetic recumbant bike that had failed electronically, and was no longer in production. The Velocity Fitness Magnetic Recombant Exercise bike was good both price wise and functionally. As a retired mechanical engineer, the lack of "detailed" assembly instructions in the owner's manual and assembly guide was not a show stopper. While the five assembly views could be larger, I didn't need to contact the customer service dept. The overall product and design is ... read more well made, and it assembled without a problem.

    Motor overheating
We've had this treadmill for only 7 months and actually started using it on a daily basis approximately a month ago. And just a few days ago I started using it once in the morning and once in the evening, and it has begun to smell as if the motor is overheating. With each use I spend less and less time on it bc it begins to smell quicker each time. After reading other reviews, seeing others having the same problem, and finding out the motor is no longer under warranty, it looks like we are in ... read more the market for a new one.

    Works well priced right
I bought the Triumph 400T Treadmill 24 weeks ago. It was easy to assemble and all parts were included. All nuts and bolts have stayed tight. I purchased it to rebuild my legs muscles. I don't use the program buttons, that's a bit too "bell and whistle" for me. It works as good as the first day. Five and a half months and 42 pounds lighter, not bad for a male over the age of 50 eh'.

    Compact, perfect for small spaces
I really wanted a rower but didn't really have anywhere to put one. This rower is very compact and takes up very little space. I just lean it on the entertainment center when it's not in use. It has good tension for the arms and It also has a feature that can give you a slight incline which helps with even more tension. It displays calories, distance, reps ect. and I really like that so I can track my progress. It's really everything you would want in a rower and it's perfect for small spaces.

    Good value
We have had this rower for a month. So far so good. I will be interested to see if the shocks maintain their resistance over time. It operates smoothly with plenty of adjustable resistance. The machine is sturdy. The build instructions are poor. Use common sense and look often at the picture of the completed rower on the box to properly orient the part. The instructions will have the wrong side up.

    OK for what it is...
Bought this today to use under my desk at work. The build quality is in-line with what you should expect for the price. I was able to assemble it easily with the tools and instructions. Everything functioned properly with no squeaks or rattles. Unfortunately I could not find a position where I did not hit my knees on the desk. For reference I am 5'7" and have 27.5" of clearance under my desk.

    On time delivery
Unit arrived as estimated. I ordered this as an adjunct to my physical therapy for both my knees. The unit was easy to put together and has functioned well in it's role. Pleased with purchase.

Treadmills are workout equipment classics, allowing you to walk, jog and run for miles, all from the convenience of your home. Certain treadmills among our collection can read your pulse and chart your entire exercise regimen while you're on it, so it's easy to monitor your fitness progress or stay within your desired heart rate range. Steppers provide the same mileage as treadmills but with the addition of varying degrees of incline and resistance. The steeper you set your stepper, the more calories you burn as a result.
