I purchased this as an early Christmas gift for my wife and myself. This treadmill is perfect for the casual walker or even if you want to sprint. Very quiet and can be used inside your house in a separate room without disturbing anyone. It also has an incline feature and you could partially fold it to clean underneath it or to make some room for space. It's advanced but simple to use. I recommend this for anyone interested in a treadmill who's trying to burn some calories, reach a step goal or ... just build your cardio. Definitely a good treadmill and not overkill.
After a medical scare, I've been walking 2-3 miles every morning to lose weight and improve my overall health. Or as my wife says stick around to bug her a little longer. This machine has been wonderful since it got cold. It's keeping me in the habit. Was pretty easy to assemble, is quieter than I heard treadmills were, and is softer feeling than I expected. I'm happy the boy at the store in Sunset Valley led me to this one when I was down visiting my daughter.
Since I wasn't sure if a treadmill was something I would enjoy using, I didn't want to invest $500.00 or more. For me, a novice runner, it's great! There are enough features (10 programs and speed 1-10 mph) to keep me challenged. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this treadmill to anyone. The only small complaint I have is that it's a little noisy at times. That may be perfectly normal, but coming from an elliptical that was very quiet, it is something I notice.
Only had my treadmill for about 3 weeks but so far I love it....
I ordered a month ago and love it. The workout is great, as well as the amount of space it takes up is minimal (especially having 3 in 1). I can move it easily from one space to another (put sliders underneath) with little effort. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to exercise in the privacy of their home.
I purchased the body rider about three weeks ago it arrived in a very short time and it was packaged very good it took me about two hours to put it together just following the instructions. I've been using it about 20 minutes a day and I can already tell a difference it comes with a video explaining everything in detail and how the machine works I would recommend The body rider to anyone starting an and exercise program. I am also a senior citizen and it works very easy for me.
The rower does offer very good resistance and workout. Feels quite balanced and sturdy. The downside is the seat is a bit small, the handlebar is short and it is noisier than others I've worked out on - albeit those cost 2-3 times more. My recommendations is based on money - if on a budget then I recommend this product, if you can afford to spend a lot more then go for the more expensive rower.
Purchased the equipment a few weeks ago, and I have been using it everyday.
I bought this online about a month ago. It shipped to my door in 3 days & it took about 2 hours for my husband to assemble. It is everything I hoped for. Although it requires quite a bit of space I was able to get rid of my stationary bike (since this is both a elliptical & a recumbent bike) so that freed up some room. I'm actually thinking of selling my treadmill too. I can get twice the workout in a shorter time on the hybrid! Great buy!
I wanted this an alternative to my treadmill. I love it & especially that it is also a recumbent bike. Really hives you a great workout.
This is my second of the same model. Love it. Updated features. Improved.
Received this as s birthday gift to replace my current treadmill! Major upgrade. Easy to operate, smooth ride, 1 touch incline and speed control. Absolutely love it!
Igor this bike about a month ago and I love that I can ride it anytime I want and it is easy to get on and off from it
Easy to put together comes with tools and instructions. It gets the job done no complaints here, I'm on it right now writing this review working up a sweat
I'm a 65 year old woman and didn't have a problem assembling it myself. I like the product because it's very quiet. I have it in a spot where I can watch tv at the same time and am grateful that the machine doesn't drown out the sound. My only complaint? It's not for tall people. I'm 5'8" and I have to hang on to the portion in front of me instead of on the sides, which are too short. This machine needs hand holds that are higher up. Of course, that puts me at an awkward angle for any long walks.
I receive my equipment in a timely manner, was easy to put together. Easy step by step process. I did forget to plug in the bottom wiring which is why it didn’t’ function at first. But I caught it and it instantly turns itself on the moment you start exercising. So I have nothing to do but walk on it. It displays everything I could ever need in information including pulse, time, calorie count and distance. It also has height and endurance settings. Display will shut off after a few minuets of ... non use and all you need to do is wipe your braw and walk away. Very happy with my Stamina - Avari® Adjustable Height Treadmill. Will highly recommend it to anyone.
The bike was shipped to me via mail, and it took less than an hour to assemble. The seat is fairly comfortable, t is super quiet when you ride, and perfect for folding up to put it in a closet. Love it!
Quick and easy to assemble, works as stated. A basic stationary bike with nice portability and features for the price.
I really like the whole size of this equipment and it's simplicity. It is easy on my hips, knees and ankles. Exactly what I needed!
I bought this a month ago, and absolutely love it! It is very high quality, well made. The seat is large and ultra padded, and formed to fit! It rolls so smoothly on the trac, and the padded grips on the handles are very comfortable. It is a shock-system for the tension, which is very quiet and the tension stays consistent, and easy to dial up or down. The meter tells calories, time, distance, number of strokes...easy to program and read. When assembling the Rower, be very sure to set the bolts out, ... categorize, since they look similar.I am a very happy customer.I am 6 ft tall and 220 lbs, and fit fine.
I have always used Stamina rowers. This is a great rower except for the rollers / wheels. They deteriorate after about 6 weeks of regular use. To be precise, the front two rollers are what fail. The other four don't bear the same weight as the front two, and don't represent a problem. With only a 90 day warranty, you are going to be buying a lot of rollers. Otherwise, a great machine.
i bought this about a year ago and has developed a severe knock near the motor, I'm in the process of tracking down this noise. if I'm on the treadmill I cant hear the tv which is 4 feet away
bought one for my sister too.
I looked at several different styles and found this one to have the most extras for the price. Although I usually only use the minimum of options it's nice to know the extras are there. Great size and easy adjustable seat for my son of 4,8", myself at 5'2" and my husband at 6'6". The only advise I could give the maker is a softer seat or a chair seat... Very hard on my bottom and tailbone.
Was somewhat unsure about stability due to the size of the unit, but it's very stable and putting it together was very simple. The instructions were very straightforward and parts were solid. This was a gift for my girlfriend who wanted one for a while now, and when she uses it I can't hear it. It's incredibly quiet which is great when I'm trying to work on something at the same time. She's pretty short and the seat doesn't quite go down to a short enough level, but she likes everything else ... about it that she didn't want to swap it out.
I love this bike, its solid, small and convenient fold up feature so I can put it in my closet. Everything I hoped it would be, except....the seat is too uncomfortable. I want to replace the seat but not sure where to start looking for that. I fold up a baby blanket but I wished I really didn't have to. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars..
The construction is very good and feels very stable and solid after several rowing sessions. The rowing action, resistance, grips, and footholds are all comfortable. It is an "Air" resistance rower so there is the noise of the fan but otherwise a quiet machine with no squeaking or creaking from parts rubbing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the display could be better. It is a little dark which makes it difficult to see in a room that is not brightly lit. Overall a very rower and a good value.
This rower is good for home use. I typically use it 2-3 times per week for 20-30 minutes. Don't know how durable it would be under heavier use. After about a year and a half the chain twisted and kinked so that it would not stay on the sprocket and needed to be replaced. Chains need to be maintained and the design doesn't provide a way to expose the entire chain to properly clean and lubricate it without disassembling a large portion of the unit. The chain was either dirty or the lubricant had ... dried out, causing it to kink.
Bought this bike for me and the wife. I am 5'7" and she is 5'1". Bike is well built and good looking. Haven't use it much so don't know how it will hold up. Had to cut and drill holes for almost every adjustable piece in order to lower the seat, move it forward and bring the handle bars closer. Luckily there was plenty metal left for this but wished Marcy would have thought of extended adjustments for shorter people.
Love the bike, well built, sturdy, quiet, I will get a lot of use from it. I did replace the seat, for me it just made for a more comfortable ride over a long period of time, GREAT BIKE
I bought this treadmill a few weeks ago. Excellent shipping and handle service. I love it. Now I can start my routines with this no expensive item at home.
Haven't been able to use it yet due to the "uphill" feature
Bought this onsale at Academy. The eliptical part has an issue. The trainer is too harrow. If you are standing up and trying to use it, it wobbles from side to side. Also, the foot peddles are too close to the front and not adjustable. The "bike" portion works pretty good but here's what I had to do. 1st, I added a plywood base that widens the base and fixes the problem with center of gravity. No more wobble. 2nd. I had to buy a larger seat from 3rd party as the existing hurts you after a while. ... Not sure I'd recommend.
I love this 2 in 1 trainer. Its great. I can sit and ride bicycle them I can stand right up and really work my legs. I love love love it. I have been on it everyday since I received it in the mail a few weeks ago ;o and it doesn't wobble at all like people are complaining about. You all must not be putting it together right.
