Had these about a month. Has great features, love the option to zipper them up then lace them up and then never have to lace up again. Are good looking enough to wear out as every day wear with the leather foot ,which I have done. They are water proof, been in over ankle and feet dry. Very comfortable , very little break in needed. Recommend getting half size larger for fall thicker sock weather. Copper head struck foot and the boot gave total protection, lives up to name of snake defender. ... These boots are highly recommended for fit, style ,price, looks, and good protection
I bought these boots only yesterday but they are so comfortable I had to go ahead and write a review,I know boots I use to work in the oilfield and I know boots very well I use to wear Wolverine and Red Wings all the time and those boots are no where as comfortable as these Game Winner boots. I thought I needed to wear them before hunting season to break them in but I don't they are all ready broke in, just put them on and go. My leg size is average so they are just right at the top once you get ... them zipped up. This will be the best 90.00 you will ever spend.
I bought them about a month ago and I wear them every day to work in. They are light weight and very comfortable
I bough these boots a year ago liked them so much I bought two pair this time could not beet the price great sale.
I bought these a few weeks ago and glad I did. The boots fits true to size and is easy to put on/get out of thanks to the laces. They're a little stiff but loosen up a bit after wearing them a few times.
Bought these boots for hunting and for general work around the property. We have a small stream on the property that I frequently have to wade. It's usually about 8-10 inches deep. I ordered them a half size too big in order to accommodate an extra pair of socks. Good thing as the fit was just right without the extra socks. More socks will make them too small. The boots are comfortable, but leaked like a sieve from the first day. I'll use them for snake protection, but waterproof, they're not ...
I bought some of these last year and they've worked really great for an inexpensive pair of shoes. I only wish the local store had these as a year-round stocking item. I'd go buy another pair right now if I could find some in 11 wide. Lets' stock more wide sizes Academy ! ! !
I bought a pair ONLY because they were cheap and on sale cheaper. It was a great choice. These are much better than similar shoes that I've bought from BIG NAME outdoor retailers that cost me a lot more. I may just buy another pair of these while they are on sale again.
I actually got these boots on clearance and could not be much happier. I needed a new pair for turkey hunting in the deep south swamp bottoms of North FL. These boots are light weight and comfortable. I did a lot of walking. I did notice after hours of walking, they began to slip just a pinch b/c of the material on the inside. However, this did not hamper my efforts to harvest the elusive longbeards that strut about the North FL landscape. I would recommend these boots and I look forward ... to wearing them among the same swampland on the family farm when deer season begins in the fall.
I needed some boots for turkey hunting that were not for cold weather. They are comfortable, waterproof, and are the easiest boots to put on and take off that I have ever had. They slightly hurt my left foot at first but after wearing them three times they no longer give any problems,
High quality boot that provides excellent protection from snake bites. Uppers ride high, but are wide at the top requiring mock jeans to be tucked in. Foot seems to run slightly wider than normal for a medium width boot. Over all, this is a great boot.
My husband owns a pair of Chippewa boots that he has had for years so that is the reason we bought these for our son for his birthday. I read the reviews and noticed that it was mentioned they run a half size big but I bought his normal size anyway. When he tried them on sure enough they were to big. We exchanged them for the same boot in a half size smaller in one of your retail stores. The store clerks were very nice and it was a no hassle exchange. I'm sure our son will get years of pleasure ... from these boots.
Very warm a little tight on my calf but hope they work Loose with warr
Just got em and love em! Pretty warm.Fit good but if you gonna wear thick socks, maybe get the next size up. Gave it a 4 cuz I haven't tested them yet but I will soon. Pretty tough to take off though. Hope they last as long as my red wings for this price. Made in China though.
I bought these boots about two months ago. I am a land surveyor and these have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them if you spend a lot of time in the woods like I do, they are VERY comfortable and will keep your feet very dry..
Boots are a great fit, wear 10.5 ordered 11 they fit perfect. They are a good tall height, are cleated well for traction, and have a perfect amount of insulation for a quick cold North Carolina morning but are not to hot when it warms up. Im 50/50 on the gusseted top, while it makes its much easier to get my pants in there I get small sticks in there too. But still 5 stars. Also, they were a great price. On sale for $70 I think. And received (I think) on the 4th day after ordering. I was ... quite shocked that I got them so fast.
Bought these for deer/duck hunting and they have served me well. They are very comfortable and seemed to be more or less true to size. This is the first season so I can't speak to the long term durability, but we'll see.
I bought my boots about a month ago and have worn them several times. The zipper that runs down the inside of the boot makes it very easy to put them on and take them off. The zipper is strong and I can tell it will last a very long time. I have worn them out in the field bow hunting and have had to walk over half a mile to my blind. The boots are great to walk in and are extremely sturdy. I don't think I would go hunting in the Rocky Mountains with them, but they are great on small hills and ... flat ground. The rubber soles on my previous three pairs of snake boots have fallen off. These Justin's don't have that type of glued on rubber sole and I doubt they will ever fall off.
True to size, done try to compensate otherwise you end up with too large of a boot. Good quality and looks very sharp. Comfortable to wear for long times, I wore it for over 8 hours the first time and unlike other new boots it did not hurt my feet.
Bought them for cold weather hunting, feet stay warm.
Bought these as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves them!
I replaced a pair of Lacrosse boots with same pair and they stuck so bad (rubber and glue) that I returned them and bought these. I wore them for a month every day bow hunting and I love them. They run about a half size small in my opinion. I thought I would never switch from Lacrosse but these are much better. I rarely write a review unless product is great or horrible and these are great.
I just wore my new boots on an 11 day hunting trip.To be strait up, these boots are GREAT! I have worn Lacross boots for years and I thought that I had good boots... These Rutmasters are a much better boot. Aggressive sole makes them stable, scent fighting liner helps control odor, and side strap cinches up to make them silent. Very comfortable on long walks to and from the stand. My only regret is not buying them sooner...
Got these for my boyfriend for Christmas. He works construction and also hunts. He told me this was the best Christmas present he's ever gotten. Said when he wakes up in the morning he's looking forward to wearing his boots! He says they are super warm and very comfortable!
Love the muck boots fit great keep my feet dry and warm great deal for the money
First of all I love the boots comfortable light good traction snake resistant BUT need pull straps like cowboy boots to get them on! If you don't have a boot jack you will have to get one Hardest boots to get OFF I've ever seen!! Can't understand why - almost had to sleep in them the first time I wore them!!
I bought these for early spring fishing. Finally got to try them out last weekend. It was 30 Degrees. All I had on under them were some regular cotton socks and my feet never got cold. I was worried that these boots weren't insulated enough, but there's something about them that holds heat very well. Very pleased with my purchase.
Greatboot, great price and fast shipping. Comfortable, waterproof and warm.
I purchased the boots for a four day fishing trip. The weather was ranged between 17 and 33 degrees Fahrenheit with some misting rain and sleet . These boots met the challenge . Dry, warm and comfortable to have on for long periods of time. One pair of socks and a small toe warmer. Great pair of boots for this application .
Great gift for 21 and 16 y/o sons. They both are very happy with them. Warm, dry and high enough to keep the snow out. Very happy with the price as well.
My old Lacross insulated lace-up boots gave it up. I wanted easier to put on, dry as possible and warmth. My feet sweat everyday, all year long. I walk a distance to hunt and by the time I get there, boom, wet feet. Now set for hours on end in a stand the wet feet and they will get very cold. Merino wool socks help when used with these Mucks, my feet stay very warm. Now that I'm in the Muck, Wetland boot, I don't worry about having wet feet because they do stay warm.
I've worn these boots in weather from 70+ degrees down to 20 degrees. Kept my feet warm and dry. 100% waterproof so far. They are also very comfortable!
