Bought ours about 2 weeks ago. My husband wanted an elliptical and I wanted a bike so thought this was pretty great. The first we ordered online and it had a crack so took that back and the next one also had a small crack. It still works fine. Academy did give us 15 percent back when I filled out a different review, which was nice because I never asked for money back or anything. I love that the machine isn't too bulky and you can go back and forth between elliptical and bike easily. I

I purchased this elliptical about 3 weeks ago and am very pleased with my purchase. It was fairly easy to put together considering I'm a woman and was able to put it together on my own within a hour or so. It has eight resistance features so it works great for a beginner or more advanced athlete. The bike seat is padded and pretty comfy which is added bonus considering most other elliptical's I looked at in this price range had plastic seats. I would recommend this product to anyone who is

This machine isn't what I thought it would be. It it isn't stable and it rocks when in use. I would have returned it but I had already pay for assembly. Will just have to make the best of it. I had tried a different one in store (same brand ) it was better.

Good for the Money
Purchased this elliptical about 5 months ago and I am overall pleased. We put it together ourselves and it took about 30 minutes or so with 2 people. I wouldn't recommend this if you are tall. I am 5'1 and sometimes I feel like I need to stretch my leg because my knees start to feel like they want to pop after about 30 minutes. Also when you increase the resistance it takes a few seconds to adjust. The pulse reader is not accurate at all. I never get a reading about 90 but my HR monitor says

Gave it four stars would've gave it five but I don't give anybody five stars this product it is exactly what it says it is works well quiet does it's job exactly what I paid for

Great quality and Features
I bought this machine 4-5 months ago. I am so pleased with my purchase. It is doesn't make noise and only have had to oil the track once so far. I got on sale for $599 and couldn't believe the quality for the price. I use it 2-4 times a week for about 45-60min. at a time. I try to use every other day. I am 6'2" so I do put stress on it and it has held up great. I use the interval or HIT programs and I average about a 120-130 heart rate and when I really get into it I can push a 150 heart

Also the machine is heavy in box so I had to unpack and carry pieces up to my gym on the second floor. Most people will need help carrying and assembling. I carried it all up myself and assembled by myself. Heaviest piece is the magnetic wheel. Overall Awesome machine get it if you can and even better at $599!
Bought this onsale at Academy. The eliptical part has an issue. The trainer is too harrow. If you are standing up and trying to use it, it wobbles from side to side. Also, the foot peddles are too close to the front and not adjustable. The "bike" portion works pretty good but here's what I had to do. 1st, I added a plywood base that widens the base and fixes the problem with center of gravity. No more wobble. 2nd. I had to buy a larger seat from 3rd party as the existing hurts you after a while.
