I work in close quarters with machinery and equipment. Normally jeans will do just fine, but company policy is such that denims are not allowed. Yo9ur slim fit pants are perfect in that the material is durable and does not snag on things the way loose fitting garments do. I expect to get years of usage since the fabric does look like it is made for it and the price for the pants are reasonable for the design usage. Well worth the investment!
These work pant fit right and last about two years with weekly washes, This is the 3rd set I've purchased. I can't stand work supplied uniform pants so these rock!
I bought these for work around the garage and they are comfortable, lightweight and fairly priced. The sizing is my only concern: I am a 6'3" man weighing 185 pounds, so I purchased the medium/tall coveralls. The fitment is perfect except for the length of the torso. If I raise my arms over hear or squat down, I get a bit of a wedgie, but I feel that if I purchased large/tall coveralls, I would be swimming in them.
Well made piece of clothing, my mother worked in the garment industry. Nicely finished; really like the heavy duty zippers. Well designed, easy to get in and out of, I do take my shoes off and on, and comfortable to wear. The material feels sturdy, I'll report back on durability at a later time, all and all great coveralls
I got these for my husband ..he has another pair he has worn out and are too small. But he wears them because their his favorites.. I bout him a brand new pair for Easter.... He was so happy...however I had to wash them a dozen times to make them soft. But they are now his favorite ones..I reccomend these to any man who wants a good pair of overalls.
I have bought these bibs several times for my husband to work in. He wants to know what have you done to the pockets?! the front pockets on these new ones are shorter (inside) and pointed where his others were deeper and see more squared...better for carrying hand tools when your hands are full. He says you've short-changed the front pockets and he doesn't like them as well! Can you go back and make future ones with the deeper pockets?
Haven't worn them yet. Sizing chart confusing. I am size 8- chart says I am a 16! Sent those back for a 12- still too large. I am taking them to a seamstress for alterations; other wise exactly what I wanted.
I bought these for work as I have to have the ugly green color for work. (Cave guide for a state park) they fit nicely but kind of snug around my butt and thighs. Seem to be pretty durable too. Lots of pockets for my keys and flashlights. Overall pretty satisfied
I disagree with the reviews that say these run small and that you should buy one size larger than normal. I received two pairs, size 32" waist, and they measure right at 35" around through the belt loops, exactly the same as my "Other leading brand" cargos. Dirty little secret - most men's pants run 3" or so larger than the labeled size. I don't know why, but I suppose it's so we can feel better about ourselves while we're lying about our small waistlines. :-)
I have been wearing Dickies work wear for a very long time. I found these pants to be the best, most rugged and functional pants, especially for your dollar. As a motorcycle/auto mechanic, these pants are comfortable to wear all day and have a professional appearance. P.S. Don't buy Dickies at Wal-Mart. They are like knock offs and won't last. Completely different pants.
I purchased these for my grandfather, and when he received them and tried them on he was overjoyed!!!! He said he has never owned a pair of overalls that fit so perfectly!!!! He loves them, comfortable, keeps him covered and they're not too big or too small, just right!!!
I bought these for my husband, and he loves the quality and the fit!
My father before me bought Dickies, and I started buying them as well. These have been my favorite model of jeans, but lately the side pockets have been greatly reduced in size. I understand cost cutting, but this is one of the models staples. Please don't lower the quality of your product to cost cut. I'm sure those of us who have come to depend on Dickies brand did so because they made themselves a cut above the competition. Please, respectfully, fix it.
I have been wearing these jeans for 15 yrs. they fit well and are very durable. I wouldn't buy any other for work
I bought the stonewashed and the dark indigo. The stonewashed run longer. Dark indigo is pretty true to length. I am usually a small to medium. The xsmall were a good fit for me except they were long (stonewashed). Very long. I'm 5'5". 112lbs. Otherwise very comfortable and they come broken in and soft. I love them. Would definitely buy again and I recommend. U can always hem, cutoff or roll them!!
I Love them I got a good price for them. When you don't want to over do it and you want to feel good about your self you will. I have people look at me and They said they like what I have on and ask where I got them at I say I order them. From Academy!!!
I retired from southern New Mexico to Newport, RI where I grew up. After 15 years of balmy winters, getting two pairs of the line jeans was my best decision for coping with the colder weather. Love them when paired with thermal underwear.

I have a welding shop and have found that these gloves hold up better than other brands.
Excellent product! Great quality and highly recommended
I bought a pair of these awhile back and noticed how well they handle my abuse.
Fits right and looks good also very comfortable would recommend.
I bought 3 pairs of these for my husband. He loves how they are to work in as he works outside all day. My complaint is after 2 washes one of the pair has a hole in them. Not sure if I just got an unlucky pair or if the others will soon wear out. I've never had any other clothes rip like that just from my washer. If the others hold up I'll take my loss and buy another pair bc like I said early he really does like how they feel to work in the heat all day.
I bought these for my son. He loves them. He likes the color (gray) as well.
I bought these for my husband for work,, they fit him great and hold up well after washing. The shipping was fast and easy.
My husband is a tile contractor. He comes home with thin set and grout all over his pants. These wash beautiful.
Fit great and very durable they are perfect for storing my phone in the small side pocket.
Ordered these on behalf of my husband who is still wearing shorts from 10+ years ago. He claims he can't find jean shorts he likes, leave it to his wife to find a stylish pair of jeans shorts from this decade ;-) He's very pleased with my selection! Thank you Dickies!
Carhartt t-shirts seem to be made of lighter weight materials and lack the quality weight feel they used to have. Consequently they have a flimsy feel and don't fit as well. Won't buy anymore from Carhartt.
Great garment to work in or for just leisure wear, looks and feels great. Just wish they were made in America! Need to sell more American made products!
I bought these for recreation and parties. My husband want to see me in them often. The fit is perfect. So, I will be placing more orders.
The womens curvy fit skinny leg denim jean looks good and good quality jean
Bought these as a gift but seemed so durable and thought they would last a while.
Bought it a couple of weeks ago, fits great! Great for working in the hot summer days.
I have always worn, & liked, Carhartt & Riggs work shirts for their fit, comfort, & long wash/wear ruggedness. This is my 1st venture away from 100% cotton, so I'm interested to see how it holds up after 30 or 40 washes. This shirt has a great fit & look. I especially like the raglan cut sleeves. It would be better with a bit longer cut on the sleeves( I prefer them to come down near my elbow).
